I'm working with a small team developing the front end of a content management system used by several Fortune 500 clients. I play with a lot of JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly the Dojo Toolkit and TinyMCE. I started here as a design and markup guy and transitioned to a development position.
With Wagner | Donovan, I designed and produced marketing materials, identities, packaging, web sites, books, toys, and more for a wide variety of clients including the Salvation Army, the Joffrey Ballet, and the University of Illinois at Chicago. I also did some light web design and development and email marketing.
As a student work aid, I helped manage the Art and Design department’s in-school printing facilities (a variety of laser printers and four Epson large-format inkjets), and helped students with the graphics lab’s software and hardware.
I performed production tasks like proofreading, copy editing, masking images, making printer separations, and retouching photos.
Graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design.
